Raising the Bar
The Baltimore-D.C. Metro Building Trades apprenticeship readiness program is a 6-week class. The Raising the BAR program invests in the next generation of union construction workers. This program offers a ladder of opportunity into the middle class through the union construction trades for our participants and their families.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Take Math Assessment
- Physically Able To Work
- Valid Driver's License
- Access to a vehicle
- 18+ Years Old
- Pass Drug Test
